The Little River Band of Ottawa Indians Enrollment Department is responsible to the Tribal people it serves. The Enrollment Department is accountable for establishing accurate, permanent records of all Little River Band of Ottawa Indian Tribal Citizens. The Enrollment Department has developed Policies and Procedures to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, consistency and fairness.
Enrollment
The Enrollment Department consists of three staff members: the Enrollment Officer and two Enrollment Assistants. The Enrollment Department maintains the permanent records of all Tribal Citizens of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians.
The Department handles the Bereavement Benefit Program, Per Cap Program and the Judgment Fund Distribution Program. The Department is responsible for address and name changes, Per Cap Direct Deposits, Per Cap Direct Deposit Cancellations and Per Cap Check Cancellations. The Department creates labels/lists for all departments as needed as well as creating and encoding Tribal I.D. cards for Tribal Citizens.
