
The LRBOI Human Resource department's mission is to develop, contribute to, and support the identified mission, vision, values, strategic goals, and objectives of the Tribal government, its departments and entities; through formulating and implementing policies; to guide and lead the change process; to ensure organizational strength and success through workforce development.
