The Currents Newsletter, LRBOI FB Page, and News areas of the LRBOI website are now being administered by Tribal Council.
Going Digital
After this October 2022 Newsletter, the LRBOI Currents will transition into a solely digital format and will be accessible on the LRBOI Website.
With printing costs and postage rates continuing to rise it is in the best interest of the Tribe to make the switch to digital news. This will allow for more timely news, the ability to cover more content. With this transition, the majority of the tribal membership will have the opportunity to stay up to date with important announcements, news, activities and events in the most effective manner. The Little River Band Communications Department will be collaborating with tribal entities, departments and programs to ensure the most accurate and timely information is being distributed. Although change can be uncertain, we are excited and look forward to starting this next phase of the Newsletter. The digital version can be printed from a regular computer and printer.
October 2022 , will be the last printed version of the LRBOI Currents to be mailed out to enrolled tribal members 18 and older.
