The LRBOI Natural Resources Department is happy to announce collaborative Manoomin (Wild Rice) Camp between the Odawa Tribes of Michigan - the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB), the Grand Traverse Bay Bands of Chippewa and Ottawa Indians (GTB), and the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians (LRBOI). This annual Wild Rice Camp will rotate between the three Tribes each year, hosted this year (2026) LTBB in Cross Village, MI. 

All are invited to join the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians Natural Resources Department Wildlife Division in planting milkweed plugs at Aki Maadiziwin to benefit pollinators such as monarch butterflies!
