RFP: Architectural or Consulting Firm: To assist with evaluation and planning of renovations for Ellis Rd Property in Muskegon, MI

Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, a federally recognized Indian Tribe, is soliciting for proposals from qualified architectural and professional consulting firms to assist with the evaluation and planning for the renovation and future use of its Ellis Road property in Muskegon, Michigan.

The Tribe is considering the expansion of services provided at its Ellis location.

The purpose of this RFP is to select a qualified consultant to assist the Tribe in evaluating the existing facility, determining future space and operational needs, exploring opportunities for efficient use and co-location of services, evaluating potential facility expansion opportunities, and developing a conceptual plan and implementation strategy for the facility. The resulting planning effort will assist the Tribe in making informed decisions regarding the building's future use, renovation needs, anticipated costs, and potential funding opportunities.
